[ How It  Works ]

The law firm videoproduction process.

From first conversation to final delivery. Five steps, one shoot day, and we handle everything in between.

[ Step  01 ]

Strategy Call

It starts with a 30-minute conversation. No preparation. No obligation.

We'll ask about your firm: who you are, what you're known for, the kind of cases you want more of. We'll talk about what video can do for you specifically, and whether we're the right fit for each other.

If we are, we'll talk about which package fits and what the next step looks like. If we're not, we'll tell you that too.

That's it. Just a conversation.

Discovery Call

Once you're booked, we schedule a one-hour Discovery Call. This is the only real time commitment on your end — and it's where the strategy actually happens.

We go deep on your firm. Your people. Your story. Your practice areas. The cases that built you. The kind of clients you want more of. What makes you different from every other firm in your market.

By the end of the hour, we know exactly what your videos need to do, and you know exactly how the rest of the process is going to feel.

After this call, we handle everything.

Key detail

This is where strategy happens. It's the difference between a video that captures your firm and one that just films it.

Pre-Production

After the Discovery Call, you're done with logistics.

We handle everything. Location scouting, often virtual — we do VR walkthroughs of your offices and the surrounding area to plan shots without flying us out for a scout. Attorney scheduling, with all the rotations and buffer time built in. Wardrobe direction. Travel coordination. Shot lists, setups, transitions, and a detailed run-of-show built around your firm.

Most firms hear from us once or twice during this phase — usually just to confirm a date or sign off on a location. The rest happens in the background.

Your only job: show up on shoot day.

Key detail

Scheduling 3–5 attorneys for a single shoot day is the most common operational headache for firms doing video. We've solved it dozens of times. You just need to be there.

Shoot Day

This is the part that makes attorneys nervous. It shouldn't.

There are no scripts. No teleprompter. No memorizing anything. We use guided conversation. We ask the right questions, you answer honestly. That's it.

Most attorneys tell us shoot day is the easiest part of the whole process. A few hours, and you'll wonder why you were worried.

We film at multiple locations and setups throughout the day. Different backdrops, different times of day, different energy. This is what makes the final product feel cinematic, not corporate.

“The smartest move that this company does is have the lawyers go to different locations and do different video shoots at different times of the day. That is what sets the video apart from all the other boring videos you see out there.”

Delivery

Four to six weeks after shoot day, you receive everything.

  • Your complete video library — brand video, attorney profiles, testimonials, practice area videos, FAQ videos (based on your package)
  • Social cuts — 30, 15, 10, and 6-second clips ready for every platform
  • A deployment guide that shows exactly where each video goes — website, social, intake pages, paid ads
  • Direct delivery to your marketing agency, if you have one — we work with them as the production arm so nothing gets lost in handoff

Every project is backed by our satisfaction guarantee.

Good questions.

Most are. That's exactly what our guided conversation process is designed for. No scripts, no teleprompter, no performing. Just a conversation. Attorneys who were nervous at 9 AM are usually laughing by lunch.

It's a one-hour video call. We go through a structured conversation about your firm — your people, your story, your practice areas, your goals, the kind of clients you want more of. By the end, we have everything we need to plan the shoot, and you know exactly what to expect on shoot day. No preparation needed before the call.

Videos are modular. If an attorney leaves, we remove their individual video without affecting the rest of your library. When you hire someone new, we add them.

We scout locations that match your brand — often virtually, using VR walkthroughs before we ever set foot on site. Your office can be one of several backdrops, or not featured at all. Peer Space, outdoor settings, downtown streetscapes, conference rooms. We make it work.

Absolutely. Many firms start with a single brand video and come back for the full library once they see the results.

We've filmed firms from coast to coast — Atlanta, Nashville, Los Angeles, Washington DC, Portland, and more. Travel is included in all library packages.

Yes. Many of our engagements are initiated by an agency that brings us in as the video production arm for their law firm clients. We work directly with the agency throughout the process, deliver assets in whatever format they need, and keep their brand front and center on every engagement.

A well-produced brand video works for 5–10 years. It's not a campaign — it's infrastructure.

When you're ready, we're ready.

We take on a limited number of firms each quarter, and our calendar books out weeks in advance. 30 minutes, no obligation — just a conversation about your firm and whether we're the right team for the work.

Every project is backed by our satisfaction guarantee.
