What they needed.
KMD Law's work covers personal injury including sexual assault, negligent transmission of STDs, and herpes transmission. Sensitive matters where someone wants answers before they will call anybody.
The firm needed a brand film, plus FAQ videos answering the questions people ask before they pick up the phone, plus a practice area video for each of those matters.
How we built it.
The brand film comes first. It carries what every other video in the library is built against, and nothing else gets made before it.
Every other video answers one question. The FAQ videos take the questions by name. The practice area videos meet the person searching for that specific matter. The attorney profiles let someone meet a lawyer before they call, one of them in Spanish.

The firm now has a video titled “Will I Have to See the Perpetrator?” and another titled “How Do You Handle Discretion?” Questions named exactly the way a person would ask them. The practice areas are sexual assault, herpes transmission, and negligent transmission of STDs. Not fender benders. The kind of call where someone needs answers before they are ready to talk.
One of the attorney profiles is in Spanish. A person whose first language is Spanish can meet an attorney in their own language before they ever pick up the phone.
