KMD Law had grown on referrals and wanted to turn their website into a real intake channel — without sounding like every other personal injury ad on LA television.
Their competitive advantage is accessibility and patience. The video had to sound like the firm: direct, no theatrics, respectful of the audience's intelligence.
How we built it.
We leaned into FAQ format. Every question a prospective client asks in the first phone call became a short, standalone video. That way the firm's website could answer questions in the order they actually come up — not in the order a marketing agency thinks is clever.
The brand film tied the whole library together in a single 75-second piece.
