Remax Southern, a real estate company in Georgia, approached us with the goal of creating a parody video that could go viral within the real estate industry, aiming to boost brand awareness. The challenge was to craft a video that was both entertaining and engaging enough to capture the attention of their target audience, while still aligning with their brand’s identity.

To meet this challenge, we collaborated with Remax Southern to rewrite the lyrics to Bruno Mars' popular song "Uptown Funk," tailoring it to the real estate theme. We recorded the song with a vocalist who matched Bruno Mars' tone and filmed the video across multiple locations in Griffin, GA, including a popular downtown bar. The result was a fun and catchy video that resonated with viewers, collecting hundreds of thousands of views and becoming a sensation in the industry. The client was thrilled with the outcome and is eager to create another viral hit in the future.
